In the Indian state of Gujarat, in the city of Vadodara, a woman staged a protest on the road after being given fewer gol gappas than she was promised.

According to Indian media, the woman bought gol gappas from a street vendor but was given 4 instead of 6. This angered her, and in protest, she sat down in the middle of the road.

The woman said that she had paid 20 rupees for 6 gol gappas, but the vendor only gave her 4.

She sat on the road demanding that she be given 2 more gol gappas. Meanwhile, passersby and motorcyclists began recording the incident on their mobile phones, and within a short while, a crowd had gathered.

When the police arrived, the woman, crying, said that she only wanted justice in the form of receiving 6 gol gappas for 20 rupees.

The police persuaded her to end her protest and moved her off the road, after which traffic returned to normal. However, it remains unclear whether her demand was fulfilled or not.
