US President Donald Trump was given a royal salute in the United Kingdom, a royal procession in horse-drawn carriages was held, and military bands presented the salute.


Donald Trump, accompanied by his wife Melania Trump, arrived in the UK on a three-day state visit, where they were accorded a grand welcome. King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate received them at Windsor Castle.


On the first day, Trump and the First Lady were given a royal salute, a royal procession in horse-drawn carriages was held, and military bands performed the salute.


Later, a luncheon was hosted at the royal palace, followed by a viewing of the royal collection, while the President and First Lady laid roses at the grave of Queen Elizabeth II.


The day concluded with a grand state banquet where both the King and the President delivered speeches.


On the second day of the visit, Trump is scheduled to attend various royal events and meet Prime Minister Keir Starmer, where discussions will focus on trade agreements, cooperation in the energy sector, and security matters.


The President will also meet British business leaders. Strict security measures have been put in place for the visit, while anti-Trump protests continue in London and Windsor.


According to experts, this visit could mark the beginning of a new chapter in US-UK relations.
